How we do it

  • At first, through highly interactive workshops, we will team up with key stakeholders to capture valuable internal knowledge about your users.
  • Our persona researchers will then conduct active field research with actual end-users in 2-day to 2-week persona research sprints depending on project needs.
  • In this research, the team will gather both qualitative and quantitative data through the latest research techniques including contextual inquiry, ethnographic research, diary studies, and surveys - validating any assumptions and gaining new insights.
  • Finally, we will capture key insights of our research in visualizations of ux personas that are a stand in for each key type of user segment in a highly engaging way that brings them to life.
