The typical duration of CX Concept Testing is 3-5 weeks.

There are several approaches to concept testing that can be utilized depending on testing objectives, such as structured one-on-one sessions, group ideation, storyboarding and story telling sessions.

We gauge emotional response with customers, that can record both quantitative and/or qualitative metrics and behavioural observations.
